“Describe the perfect date”

“that’s a tough one, I’d have to say April 25th. Not too hot, not too cold. All you need is a light jacket.”

i wish. Still too cold

mookie watched 'bright lights, big city'. had never seen it, so figured eh. reminded mookie of everyone he didn't like at the time.

On a recommendation, I watched Coherence. From about 2014, streaming on peacock.

sci fi, quite interesting really about a group of friends at a house the night a comet is passing overhead. Interesting and not overly long, not bad for a rainy Friday afternoon

The ending is total BS. They wrote a happy ending just to satisfy American audiences.

Not as bad as what they did to Less Than Zero though...

Saw Guardians 3 last night and.... why was I crying over CGI animals?!? The whole movie was perfect, but such a goddammed emotional ride. James Gunn was the perfect director for this series.

13/10. Will watch it again and once again cry like an over-emotional six year old.

yah. halfway through daughter looked at mookie and was streaming crying. easy to understand why.

mookie watched Air. Awesome. Loved it. Background/fill was mookie’s youth. Liked too how read before Jordan had nothing to do with it, but Ben made the parents stand up folks. Ben also played Phil to be a total jerk, which was nice ;-)

Not a jerk, just a flake. That role was made for Timberlake, tho.

Moneyball, Ford v Ferrari, and Air are the same movie.

FAST X: Solid B...

This is a movie you should watch after grabbing a drink or three with dinner beforehand and then enjoy one more drink from the theatre bar while watching. Or enjoy some after dinner edibles. Also have about three tubs of popcorn ready to go while watching.

Jason Momoa knew exactly what he was getting into when he signed on to this role and he delivered! He's cheesy and unhinged, but also a genius and it's glorious! A welcome take on a villain =)

The Manitou (1978)

Wow. That was bad. I just stumbled upon it through Netflix and man am I glad I did. Highly recommend. D minus.
