MN Gophers @ tUMD Bulldogs: Sibling Rivalry!

Re: MN Gophers @ tUMD Bulldogs: Sibling Rivalry!

Fairchild is a bigger bust than Ryan Leaf; have fun working at Subway kid! And to all of those who held out hope, I'm with Scoob; season was over a LONG time ago. Glass has been empty for two years. Maybe next year Gophs...or 4 years from now.

Re: MN Gophers @ tUMD Bulldogs: Sibling Rivalry!

Oh well, good luck to UMD the rest of the way. Would love to see the Bulldogs get a NC and will hope they get one this year.

Re: MN Gophers @ tUMD Bulldogs: Sibling Rivalry!

I dunno. And I doubt this thread is the place to do a scouting report on a player not due to play again til next season.

Just asking what the kid is all about, not asking about a scouting report just wondering if you or anyone else knows anything about him thats all. If I want a scouting report I wouldn't ask you or anyone on this thread!(this guy has some issues!) Scooby's ***** hurts tonight dont ask him anything!

Re: MN Gophers @ tUMD Bulldogs: Sibling Rivalry!

You UMD fans would hang around D2F a little more you would see true sandbagging in action. ;).

Not sure how I would feel about UMD winning 2 national champions in a year.

Lucky for us, no one at all in this thread gives one happy d a mn about how you feel.

Agreed. I hate UMD when we play them, but I like their team otherwise. if I could pick any team outside of the Gophers to win it all, it would be UMD.

Re: MN Gophers @ tUMD Bulldogs: Sibling Rivalry!

Could've been worse. They could've let Connelly score two hat tricks against them.

(intentionally spelling it wrong now just out of spite)

Had he been able to track down that loose puck at the end of the game, he might have.

Re: MN Gophers @ tUMD Bulldogs: Sibling Rivalry!

This is becoming the next Elliot(t)/Conner meme on USCHO. :D

The gophers got screwed bad on that patrick white goal that should have been a goal and no penalty he clearly got pushed into the goalie! So now the refs have clearly changed the game and the gophers bulldogs game is over!! Thanks refs!

What replay were you Watching? There was no push, Basaraba was a good stick length away from Sachetti when he ran into Crandall. That meathead Gorg says something and Rodent Nation screams bloody Murder! Watch the overhead Replay! Folks, the guys a fat windbag, and this is coming from a person who is neither Gopher or Bulldog fan. Also, keep in mind, the Bulldogs had a goal that was disallowed, and wasn't reviewed, but if you watched the replay the net was never off and the puck was in the back of the net. Either way you look at it, the refs missed and made a lot of bad calls both ways. So quit your whining and excuses, and just admit you got single handidly beat by a 5'7" umpa loompa on Skates!

A. Gorg is a windbag, but I don't need him to tell me what I saw with my own two eyes. It was a terrible call, goal should have counted.
B. The Duluth waved-off goal was a good call. If you really want to push it, that should have been goalie interference also, using the previous waved-off goal as an example.
C. The vast majority of us are not blaming the loss on the refs. We are however blaming them for a key bad call that changed a few minutes of hockey, where in that time, the game took a pretty big turn.

WCHA goal reviews are a dumpster fire.
