Minnesota Twins 2014: The Quest for .500

Good thing we lost out on Presley to keep that loser on the roster for three whole games. Idiots.

Cause Presley's really been killing it for Houston...
Sucks Bartlet retired and left them hanging but let's not pretend losing Presley matters.

Re: Minnesota Twins 2014: The Quest for .500

Florimon swings at first 4 pitches he sees in a 5 pitch ab after watching the Rays pitcher walk 4 guys in the first inning yesterday. No wonder he's hitting 9th.

Re: Minnesota Twins 2014: The Quest for .500

When are they finally going to yank Pelfrey from the rotation? Jesus.

Re: Minnesota Twins 2014: The Quest for .500

And replace him with who?

The kid who threw game 2? Yeah he didn't make it 5 innings, but at least we weren't getting clobbered when we took him out.

Either that or wait until June and use Meyer or May.

It's also one start for that kid, it's possible he could end up worse than Pelfrey.
There just isn't the depth in the system as a whole yet IMO, to keep trying new options.
Pelfrey isn't great, but right now everyone I see as replacements are either not ready, or don't look any better anyway.

Andrew Albers? Oh wait he's in Korea. Pelfrey should be bagging groceries.
