Re: Minnesota Twins 2010: The Return of Outdoor Baseball

I dont care if the Twins suck in every stat imaginable as long as they are amongst the leaders in the most important stat...wins.

You guys can have heart attacks over RISP, and VORP and WHIP and OBP and OPP and HIV and whatever else you want...I am going to enjoy watching the Twins win games :)

Re: Minnesota Twins 2010: The Return of Outdoor Baseball

Oh, I am enjoying the wins. But something will have to give, and I am willing to bet that they will wish that they could hit people in consistently.

That wasn't very smart, Span.

Frankie Franchise having back to back outings like this is exciting.

Re: Minnesota Twins 2010: The Return of Outdoor Baseball

baby jesus goes 0-5 and delmon young gets two walks? what is going on with this team!

Re: Minnesota Twins 2010: The Return of Outdoor Baseball

The ump has a stike zone wider than my kiester and Delmon draws a walk. Wow. :)

Stelly looks more like Yoda every year.

Re: Minnesota Twins 2010: The Return of Outdoor Baseball

Tatts makes him look foolish. Another save. Twins win!

Re: Minnesota Twins 2010: The Return of Outdoor Baseball

I agree. Are those new? I don't remember those from last year.

Nice job Big Jon Rauch! :D

He had the neck one last year. I heard he wanted to get another one for every save he gets this year.

Hehe, oops, I was actually thinking of Brandon Inge's arm tats... Rauch's tats I can live with. Part of his character ;) :)

Re: Minnesota Twins 2010: The Return of Outdoor Baseball

Too bad the Twins suck with RISP so I can't enjoy all these awesome wins ;)

Inge got his kids' names on his arms. They look as ridiculous at the racing stripe he was growing on his chin a year or two ago.

Re: Minnesota Twins 2010: The Return of Outdoor Baseball

Its 3 straight outings. He hasn't given up a run in 23 innings.

That's right, I forgot about the start against the Red Sox. Funny how back to back 8 inning shutouts can make you forget about a 7 inning shutout.

Maybe even more important, only 5 walks in those three starts against 24 Ks.
