I think he'll be here for a while. He's at least under his rookie contract for a little while longer, and I don't think they're going to trade hime.

I love the intro music on KFAN being "The Night Chicago Died" :D

Here's 2 stats from ESPN:
1) Player with the highest batting average in the majors against a single team this year -- Joe Mauer, hitting .516 against the Royals.
2) Player with the 2nd highest batting average against a single team this year -- Joe Mauer!, hitting .455 against the White Sox. :eek:

Turned out I didn't need that jacket after all. Carried it the whole night.:)

There were a lot of boos, but many were directed at the Sox management. Thome is still liked by the fans from what I heard in the park and they blame management for not resigning him.
