The other problem with Fargo for me is the Friday/Saturday schedule, that and the likely difficulty in getting tickets. South Bend would be nice because it should be a rather "pro-MTU" crowd.

It's putting the cart before the horse , but I wonder if an nhl sheet would be an advantage for us or if , since so many teams play a real defensive game like notre dame or Lowell
A bigger sheet would help us

if they go, I go. its that simple. I would prefer the NHL rink. never have liked those frozen shopping mall sized things.

Hey, if I can drive from Huntsville to Bowling Green, KY, sleep for three hours, and drive the rest of the way to Kalamazoo in time to do a four-hour broadcast of a 2-OT game, y'all can make it happen — but hopefully it's West or Midwest.

For those who know the GPL crowd, we have secured a tailgate lot for the F5 this year. It's still by DQ....the lot is owned by Tom Reid. :D IIRC, there's a lot between DQ and the X, so it's more of an alcove (like the old old lot by the magic shop). Yes, we will be tailgating. I already asked for that Friday off.

Oh, I'll be there, regardless. I have already told my wife that I have to be there and she understands.

It was a bit dicey for a while, given that we were kicked out of the old lot (long story, not all our fault). Thank Parise for some connections. Thank Dancing Girl. :D

These are the stats I have for our current recruits. I'm sure it wont show up too well, but Jake Jackson and Chris Gerrie are at the point per game level that we saw from Anderson, Blacklock and Gillies last year. Hannoun is close too.

I can't believe after all these years you haven't met Dancing Girl! :eek: There'll be some pics I'll be uploading in the next day or two (ok, stealing from a person in our group not named Yager who took a bunch of photos). I'll point out DG to you.
