His own fans have probably disowned his Walmart Wolverine ***.Why is a Michigan fan trolling in your thread but not bothering to post in his own? Oh wait, he's a Michigan fan...
I see the UMD hangover has hit you hard.
Michigan Tech adds another forward, Jake Lucchini who plays for Trail in the BCHL. Currently on the leader board for the league with 41 pts in 33 games.
Yesterday was rough. They looked good for a few periods, but couldn't put in the goals. I don't think Racine stood on his head at all. We just didn't score. It'll be interesting to see how many changes there are today with the L and the short week before games in Madison.
It looks like he'll be 20 before next season, and with him putting up points, he must be a candidate to come in next year already.
I think you're upset about the wrong things. Yes, the result was less than expected, but if I were a Tech fan, I'd be livid with how my team - the HOST of the tournament - is consistently treated as second rate. Yesterday was just the latest example... how in the hell is the tournament host playing the afternoon game? I get that it's a little different with Michigan being the "co-host", but to have both invited teams playing the prime time spot? Bull****.A horrible day. WCHA 0, Big Ten 2. So much for the WCHA being as competitive as the other conferences.Today's game is pointless. At best we finish third behind UofM and MSU...

I seem to get worked up every year about something related to this tournament, and it usually has nothing to do with the game results.
I didn't realize that. However, knowing that isn't helping me.Uhm, this started with Russell, he wanted to rotate in and out of the the early game, not always play the late game to give his team more rest going into day 2. It was a choice that I believe Mel has agreed to continue.

It was disappointing as I only bought the second night tickets.
I think we might see up to 4 or so changes, with possibly Blacklock, E. Anderson, Vallis, and Davis in the lineup. It would be nice to see P Anderson as well get a shot.
Look on the bright side, we just need to get Sturos and Pietila going again.
Playing hard just not capitalizing. I am going to go enjoy some good hockey and hope the Huskies do well today.
