Marathon Killers Apprehended: the Aftermath

Re: Marathon Killers Apprehended: the Aftermath

Enough with the sexist and anti-Islamic microaggressions on this thread. How can you say women are useless until 30? Women make up a larger part of university and graduate students than men. You just can't handle a strong, modern woman.

"Microaggressions" is awesome. Had to look it up.

Oh sure you can handle a modern woman. You just gotta have the right ropes, restraints, and whips to keep her in line. ;) All of the good stuff from Fifty Shades of Grey.

Lighten up ya hoser!

Put him in an 9 by 9 cell for life. No access to sunlight, no internet, no electronics, no written anything, no visitors, country music streamed all day, no exercise equipment, nothing. FOR LIFE. Enjoy that *****.

Star Spangled Banner and God Bless America instead of country music.

Martin Richard, 8 years old and blown to pieces. His little sister Jane had a leg blown off. And his mom had an eye blown out. Such savagery requires only one sentence. And for those who think a life sentence would mean he'd be forgotten, it hasn't worked that way for Mumiya Abu Jamal. Kill this SOB and soon.

I'm opposed to the death penalty 99% of the time. I just don't think the State should be in the habit of killing people. This is one of those cases where the act was so heinous it might be the only suitable punishment. If the jury pronounces death I won't lose any sleep over it. The other case that springs to mind was the ****stain that killed Polly Klaus. I was against the death penalty until he opened his mouth at sentencing and started claiming she thanked him for "saving" her and that her father was molesting her. By the time he was done talking I was ready to throw the switch myself.

Of course that dirt bag has been sentenced to death in California, which is nearly a guarantee that he'll never get the needle. If a state hasn't the b*lls or the will to execute, then strip it from the criminal code. In that Klass case the cops actually stopped the guy with her alive in the back seat or the trunk and he was able to talk his way out of it. In Texas, on the other hand, with a very specific capital murder statute (only the worst cases are eligible) if you're sentenced to die, they're fixin' to come get you.
