I see that you are a relatively new member of the forum. Welcome. Just a little history. Sandie and a few others have been constantly posting negative and derogatory comments about the Maine coaching staff, some of it deserved. Everyone has an opinion and should state it, but to state it repeatedly serves no purpose and adds nothing to other discussion topics. Sandie, to his credit, appears to be abandoning that approach.
Can I sell you some ocean front property in kansas Runsub5? You seem a little naive, i think it is pretty clear San diego hasn't turned over a new leaf, he is being VERY sarcastic, it's funny how people are falling for it hook line and sinker.
Or maybe runsub5 is being sarcastic, himself, in complimenting sandiego on his change in attitude.
It's like Inception around here.![]()
I didn't think you could misspell "an *******" as "VERY sarcastic."
According to the Bangor Daily News, Nick Pryor and Connor Leen are out this weekend. Kyle Beattie may play. He has been skating and will have contact today in practice. Diamond still questionable with back issues.
3 Concussions alone this season...I mean what does it take to see the light that there's a Big Time risk of Harm to this young man...I mean has 8th place taken on a NEW role...I wish him well(Beattie)...but no more hockey this season...imo.I thought someone said Beattie's Maine career was over? Not worth risking the old melon.
Re: the constant negativity,
I agree that it doesn't really serve any purpose. That's why I don't post very often any more.
If I were in the AD's office, though, I might have a different take. At least the negative people still care.
Thank you seniors Mark Nemec, Mike Cornell, Nick Pryor, Joey Diamond, Adam Shemansky, Kyle Beattie and Klas Leidermark. I wish you all the best for the remainder of the season and in your future, whatever that may bring or wherever it may take you.

Those negative nancies are just hoping for the team to fail.
You are mistaken. We do not want the team to fail. We want the team to live up to the potential that these young men had when they were recruited and when they came to UMaine. What we don't want is a Laissez-faire, over-analytical coaching style dulling the skills, strength and endurance that they have built up to this point in their careers. We want a well coached team that works hard from pre-season game #1 through the last game of the season; be that senior night, conference tournament or National tournament. We, as the fan base, recognize the wrong man is at the helm of this ship.
It isn't wins and losses that has me down its the style of play and has been since Tim took over for real.. Mainers want to see excitement and a full blooded effort even if the team doesn't win..
