This is what I used

EDIT: Eating some right now. Turns out to be more pasta than rice, but very good. May be a little more salty than I expected, but still very good. Will definitely make this again.

I'm becoming more and more convinced that outside of Minnesota, a hot dago is unknown.

(I also realized just how odd that must have sounded to someone not familiar with the term. :D )

I swear Denny's used to have a Dago Sandwich, not that long ago (in the past decade).

Actually pretty good stuff.
Tried that last week, it was pretty good for Taco Bell. Almost to a Pancheros or Baja Fresh level. Except, if that is a double steak quesadilla, I think the single would just be a cheese quesadilla.

Arby's today. Mighty minis and a baked potato. I may be addicted to these. Like that the potato comes with actual butter, not imitation spread crap.

I had many delicious lunches last week, but this week was whole wheat pasta with chicken, mushrooms, broccoli and pesto.

I can't stand whole wheat pasta. I eat mostly wheat and whole wheat breads, but the pasta just tastes wrong - especially when you add in the changed texture.

Lunch this week is creamy lemon orzo with grilled chicken, broccoli, peas and mushrooms. Which sounds a lot like last week's lunch, except with lemon instead of pesto.

I can't stand whole wheat pasta. I eat mostly wheat and whole wheat breads, but the pasta just tastes wrong - especially when you add in the changed texture.

It definitely has a different texture and a little nuttier taste.
