Re: Lunch

Had a salad today. (Been eating a lot of salad lately in order to fit into my suit for my wife's brother's wedding.) Arugula-mesclun mix, grilled chicken, fresh mozzarella, roasted tomatoes, roasted peppers, broccoli, artichokes, kale-pesto vinaigrette. Om nom nom nom nom.

Re: Lunch

Corned beef (leftover from a brisket I cooked last night) and mustard on rye.

Last hurrah. I will soon be on the salad plan myself (which I'm fine with, but still...).

No tomato
No mayo
Add dijon

The lettuce tasted like **** and now I'm feeling like **** four hours later. Might not be back there for a while...

Re: Lunch

yesterday I had a mango salad with chicken from Qdoba.

Today is grilled Cuban stuffed pork tenderloin and a veggie mix.

Re: Lunch

A salad with pulled turkey, olive oil and vinegar as dressings, cucumber, black olive, red onion, and peppericini.

Re: Lunch

Bologna sammich on Honey Wheat bread, an apple, Chocolate Snack Pack and Pop Tarts...

Totally feeling the 2nd grade lunch was appropriate for some reason :p

Re: Lunch

Tuna salad, with a cobb salad and iced tea.

...and then I went full idiot at dinner with chicken wings, cheese sticks and fries.

Re: Lunch

Pizza Papalis. I'm at a catered conference, which means, "It looks like I picked the wrong week to quit junk food."

I limited myself to two veggie slices, had a second helping of salad w/ a little light vinaigrette, and water. Yesterday was Mudgie's Deli, and I have a severe weakness for Kosher meats. Ended up eating a pastrami special, but I skipped the chips and again opted for water.

Three more days - I'm guessing Middle Eastern and Mexican are for sure on deck. No clue on the remaining day.
