I had a Jersey Mike's #5, they've just started popping up here in MI. Pretty good for a chain, I'd say comparable to Potbelly's, sans the toasting. Love the red wine vinegar/oil dressing.

I also walked 4 miles, so I can afford the calories. :p

Now, what would you do for a Klondike bar?

4 egg frittata with 3 strips of bacon, and a handful of spinach and onion, cooked in two tablespoons of butter, topped with Sriracha. My cholesterol is just fine, thank you very much!

1/4-inch slice of home-cooked ham with honey-mustard glaze on 9-grain, with lettuce, capers and horseradish; peach; ginger ale.

About a year go a place called Tres Carnes opened here in the city. They make burritos etc. using the Chipotle service model, and their meats are smoked in the style of Texas BBQ. Tried it out for the first time today. Smoked pork shoulder burrito. Very tasty. Will go back.

Salad (?) with petite carrots, cucumber, red bell pepper, Thin 'n Trim honey roasted turkey cut up, smattering of crumbled feta cheese with LITE red wine vinegar and olive oil dressing
Strawberries, blackberries, blueberries
Jell-O sugar free chocolate pudding
Banana for late afternoon

I am really hungry right now.

Had McDonald's for the first time in a while. Yep, still gross.

Except for the fries, of course. I swear those are covered in a salt/crack mixture.
