Lunch II

I had Larb this afternoon from a lovely Thai place.

Still one of my favorite Thai dishes and my wife makes a killer version. For my last meal:

-Beef larb (would accept spicy beef salad)
-Pork glass noodles
-Morning glory
-Pad kra pao
-Tom yum (seafood)
-Boat noodles
-Som tam
-Sticky rice and mango

Mookie’s never heard of jalepeno flakes. How are they?

They're not really "flakes" that was just me lacking a good word for it. They're basically like french fried crispy onions. These guys:

Costco for those who were wondering. They also have red bell pepper versions at Hy-Vee and other stores. Which have incredible flavor.
