Lunch II

New food truck at work: 'under wraps'.

They have a menu that consists of 4 wraps/sandwiches.

I was annoying this week with my order. I wanted the nashville hot chicken wrap because it has slaw and pickles, but I have a cayenne allergy so I wanted it with the homestyle chicken, not the spicy chicken. The cousin helping out at the truck was saying the coleslaw was really good (he's right). The homstyle chicken wrap comes with bacon, lettuce, tomato, ranch....boring. Anyway after a bit of discussion they made my homestyle chicken with slaw and pickle and put some ranch on it to. That was one of the best things I have eaten. The coleslaw was tangy with the extra tang from the pickle *chef's kiss*
 
taco truck.

Tried the torta al pastor today. Delicious, but now 3 hours after eating half the sandwich my stomach hates me. The other half sits at my desk taunting me, daring me to eat it. I think the taco truck has gotten greasier the last few times I've ordered from them.
 
For lunch today, I opted for a wholesome and hearty salad. It was a delightful mix of fresh greens, juicy tomatoes, crunchy cucumbers, and a zesty vinaigrette dressing.
