Serious question: Do you even enjoy college hockey?

Serious question do you even care about the athletes? Trying to force this season through with 37.5 percent of games announced on a Tuesday cancelled nearly every week is horrible.

How would you like to get to the rink and then told to go home on back to back days?

The athletes want to play! And I believe they're much more resilient than some of us are in dealing with frustration, adversity, and disappointment.

So, you seriously think it's the players who are behind the serial postponements/cancellations?

* The NCAA D-1 Football season seems to have gone off pretty darned well;
* NHIAA has given the green light to most of its Winter sports schedules;
* The NFL season is on track to have all of its games played, no one has died;
* The NBA season is on track to begin its regular season in a few days' time;
* The NHL will be starting its season up as of January 13th, 56 game season;
* PL soccer in England, and other Euro leagues, are playing, and MLS just finished its season

NCAA D-1 players aren't being forced to play. Some aren't playing, but most are playing.

So ... exactly who are you "protecting"? Or do you just think you know better, what's best for them??

What are there 10 or more NCAA football teams that have pulled out of bowl games already for NON-COVID related reasons because they are exhausted mentally from this season???

Pro athletes have nothing to do with this as their living is based on playing games...

1.) Your definition of "seems to have gone pretty well" definitely doesn't match the majority of NCAA and individual school administrators (or legitimate health experts) but, no surprise there.

2.) Looked for info on New Hampshire high school sports. Couldn't find much other than the state governing body approved return to play on Dec. 11

3.) Shocking...your usual "nobody is dying, what are we afraid of?" trope. IT'S NOT JUST ABOUT DEATHS Chuck...

4 & 5.) We'll see how either does when not bubbled.

6.) It's soccer. This is America. Soccer doesn't matter... :)

No... We don't know better. But the actual medical and science experts do and they're the ones saying being overly cautious is better than not.

Here are links to a couple articles on "long Covid". You likely won't take the time to read them as they just might force you to have to question your shytti world view but, I'll keep trying.

The Nets are already pooched for 2 weeks

Maine, BU, and UNH are in serious trouble. Would be nice to hear from the commissioner but sounds like he is still awol.
