Re: Hockey East 2010-2011

you ned to erase that... This isnt a hustler humor forum slasher. grow up

Yeah, sure thing. Let's just forget this back and forth go reutrn to your comments about watching Squirt AAA players and waving to parents you don't know. Far less creepy...

ps- "ned".

Re: Hockey East 2010-2011

*** you talking about? You never watched a game your kid played in? Your a piece of SH**

You never waived to a parent who had a kid on your kids team but didnt really know them? Its called being civil. Not eevrything is perverted

No not everything is perverted, but paying a grand for someones jersey so you can give it to them is...well just plain creepy.

P.S. if you type your comments into word you could run spell check, then just copy and paste it into the little box.

Re: Hockey East 2010-2011

I have them 5/6, maybe better.

Wow, ok. I'll stick with 8th at best.

You win from the goal out. Bc is the only team who can win in spite of their goalie. Not a slight on Muse as he is the best playoff goalie in BC's history.

I still agree that in general teams win from the goal out, but the recent Stanley Cup Finals makes me wonder. I certainly agree that BC can win in spite of their goalie, but don't make it sound like they do. Muse isn't terrible or even average. He's a slightly above average regular season goalie.

They dont have a Nyquist but not many do.

Nyquist was a bit of an extreme example. I'll just be surprised if PC's cast is able to contribute even like Maine's supporting cast.

The key there JD is depth and I agree with you

Nemi was 16-6 and had a 910 save % and a 2.63 GA in playoffs. He is probably the best puck moving goalie in the NHL right now and was perfect for that up tempo style of play. He also came back from every bad game with a very good one, tough to do. He was the "Muse" of the Blackhawks last year. Everything he does is over looked, if they lose it is his fault.

Perfect guy for that team.

Re: Hockey East 2010-2011

Agreed but the beauty of hockey is that a new season is a new season, just ask Maine fans from last year, me included...

Maine fans are only happy in 1993, 1999 and whenever they end up with some poor schmuck's alternator.

No one brings a better group to the Garden for HE playoffs than Maine, no one.

Win or lose they are passionate and great fans

Thats a big misconception. The coastal Mainers have the moronic accent. The in landers don't and they are the masses and the ones who run the straight. No one from Beals Island buying season tickets at Alfond.

acs64, your rebuttal?

Re: Hockey East 2010-2011

I'm related to the Beals from that island, but through marriage so I don't have the straight family tree or accent

Re: Hockey East 2010-2011

There is a Maine poster on here who is either from Beals or Jonesport, and is a lobstermen so....

and he has the accent that 99% of Maine does not. Outside sneaking down to the mall for school shopping or to watch Maine HS basketball at the auditorium once a year, you must admit our dealings with coastal Mainers, especially the down east ones, is limited...

False.

"Head ov-uh they-uh a bit and go down street. You'll run right into Bolduc's sto-uh. Yes-suh." Rome, Maine

Not that I think it's a moronic accent... I love it. :)

You can love it but its not reality

It is a hick accent and is a stereotype of the state that is not true. Mostly uneducated coastal mainers, not the Bar Harbor types... 99% of the population does not speak like that

Did a hokyparent tell you that while you were eyeballing their kid?
