That's the dude. Rollen Stewart. Usually in the end zone. According to Wiki, he got charged with kidnapping and turned down a plea offer of 12 years, because he wanted to deliver a rant in the courtroom. Bad decision. Three consecutive life terms.

Here we go, the penalty boxes will be filling up

Minny has the Badgers next weekend and DU has MTU. Any players tossed tonight will hurt Minny more than DU.

NCAA, I believe.

Theoretically, IMO, it encourages rougher penalties. If you're gonna take a guy down, then you're gonna do anything you can to have him not score. Before, you might simply trip him or something, but now you might as well tackle the bejeezus out of him, since you're committing a penalty anyway.

I don't like it either. 'Course I don't like most changes. The DH is the worst rule in the history of sport.
