well than it's to bad he will not play , he is 15-6 -3 , otherwise the other two goalies a paultry 1-9.

WABI affliate (channel 10 in the Bangor area) is covering Saturday's game and if there is a Sunday game, they are covering that one too

Sandbagging? Chit every other thread where predictions are made and blogs etc all have Maine getting swept or at least losing the series. How can you sandbag when you're this big of an underdawg!!!!

If Whitehead does that, after all this publicity, he should be fired. I don't mind his apparent lack of ability to coach (sort of enjoy, to be honest) but nobody from the Maine organization would stand for that. Just because I hate Maine Hockey doesn't mean they're not (usually) a top-notch, first-class organization.

If they say Darling's out, Darling's out. And if this was some subterfuge by Whitehead, then I hope UML wins (ugh, I feel dirty now) 10-0 each night.

You ought to be worrying more about how many emails the UHN coaching staff is sending out right now and less about Whitehead...phercrissakes.:p

C'mon ck...dontchya know timmay is the master strategist....he's got the entire state, newspapers, radio and tv believing that Darlings on the rocks.....it will be the greatest con job OF ALL TIME !!! :p :D

(psssttt.....have "they" told you exactly how "they" will have Darling make his entrance onto the ice just seconds before the opening faceoff? I'm guessing "they'll" have him parachute down from the student balcony....whaddya think?)

Shhhh..OK I'll tell you but you have to pinky swear you won't tell anybody!! He's gonna be dressed up as Banana's skating around during warm ups, then right before the puck drops he'll rip off the costume and be in his uni and full pads and skate to the net, post a shut out, sweep at the Gahdin, then win the NC for us posting a 0.00 GAA. At least that's what "they" told me was gonna happen.

I think it would be cooler if he ziplined from the balcony all the way across to his net.
