I remember asking my conservative friend what would happen to his party if they vote in dumpy over lunch in 2016. You could see this BEFORE the election.

Anyone who think the likes of Cruz and Hawley are going to feel any responsibility for this or plan on even moderating their words as they continue their assaults on our democracy are in for a rude surprise. They are going to double down.

The only silver lining is if the country survives this with our constitution intact and the actual rule of law winning the days to come the republican party is dead and democratic candidates are going to win a lot of elections from here on out for a few years. But that's if we survive.
 
I was just thinking, only the NBA playing tonight and we’re 90 minutes away from game time. Wondering if they play or not?

Ilhan Omar drawing up articles of impeachment.
 
The investigation of this should see people in jail.

The Vice President of the United States and the Speaker of the House were in the same building and the US Capitol was breached. This is criminal in its abdication.

Per Woj, there haven't been any discussions between the NBA and the NBAPA for that game or any of the games. Unless it's another wildcat strike, they're playing.

UMass and George Washington was postponed. They said it was due to the curfew, I'd have to guess it's more the danger of UMass getting out if things escalate.
