Smartmatic is suing Fox, 3 of its hosts, Powell and Giuliani for $2.7 billion.

I wonder how much legal expense Rudy will incur in the next 24 months, which will depend partly upon his insurance coverage. Also wonder how well he has protected his personal self from exposure through means other than insurance. He's pizzed off some pretty deep pockets.

He'll be riding his codefendants' coattails as much as possible, of course.

Sedition sure comes cheap these days.

Former President Donald Trump's unsuccessful reelection campaign reported it paid over $6,000 to a business belonging to an Arizona legislator who sought to have the Legislature overturn Joe Biden's win in the state.

The campaign's latest financial disclosure include a Dec. 18 payment of $6,037 to a professional limited liability corporation belonging to Republican Rep. Mark Finchem for an expense labeled as “recount: legal consulting," the Arizona Republic reported Saturday.

Bobby Brink is one hell of a player. How Goon let his nephew go to DU is beyond me, but that kid can play some hockey.

Midway through the game, and the USA still up 2-0.

First off, I didn't have a say in the matter. Nor would I insert myself in that conversation. I didn't want my sister mad at me. :)
Bobby felt that the culture at DU was great and wanted to be a part of it. I think it goes back to how important the leg work is during the recruitment process.
I have joked to Holly, Bobby's mom, that Joey, his brother would look good in green.

I know. I know. My statement was in jest...the not going to UND part. I stand by my comment that he is a heck of a hockey player no matter how much you say otherwise. ; - )

For legal reasons, I can't say anything nice about the DU program...but I can understand why he made the decision he did.

Key word: "former."

I would also be interested in how many of them are Neocon Cheney / PNAC / AIPAC types. They aren't quite as horrible as Nazis, but they are also complete frauds as "conservatives." They are aggressive interventionist imperialists.
