Hmmm. The Weather Channel predicts our nor'easter will result in about 10". Another forecaster says along the coast we'll get mostly rain and he's predicting 3-6". A third forecaster predicts 16-24+" of snow.

So we can expect somewhere between 3" and 24+" of snow...great.

The problem is it's going to mix. ABC says we're not just dealing with 10-20" of snow, but the storm will be a category 2 hurricane when it comes back tomorrow night, and we'll have hurricane force winds along the coast. The meteorologist just said the winds will be such that there will be bare ground in one area and drifts 6 feet high elsewhere. Goody. ABC and CBS think the snow/ice/rain line will stay offshore, the NBC affiliate says it will be a lovely mix.

I can't wait to move to Laughlin.

So there is a wind chill advisory until 9 am tomorrow. Some advisory quotes:

Actual readings in West Central MN were already near -20 degree at 9 pm tonight.

Wind Chills of -25 to -35 will be common.

:eek: :(

Locally its -6 (-21 WC).

Low of -17 tonight. High of -1 tomorrow, with a low of -20.
