Charges dropped. Scottie will remain felony free for now

Dropped with prejudice too, apparently meaning they can't refile in the future. Can't say I'm surprised. Between the fact that the detective didn't activate his camera and apparent witness statements that do not line up with what the officer claimed (that he was dragged by Scottie's car), I didn't see this going any further.

Am I wrong for loving that the greens are rolling at 13-13.5 on the Stimpmeter?

The whole point of the US Open is to watch these guys get (metaphorically) hurt and broken over these four days.
