GLI - Watt's the forecast - Troppical Summers or McCleod on the horizon?

Re: GLI - Watt's the forecast - Troppical Summers or McCleod on the horizon?

I overlooked SLU. Clarkson is no closer than Michigan/Michigan State are.

As the crow flies they are both about the same, granted that SLU is closer to the nearest bridge by the 10 miles separating the two.

Clarkson and St. Lawrence are both about the same distance from Canada...and both are closer than Ann Arbor or East Lansing.

I think I accidentally went to Clarkson (city) not Clarkson (University) on the map, so it's a little closer than I thought. That's still just 2 schools out of a conference of 12 close enough to have any kind of justifiable tie to Canada.

God, it's like you're just a walking bundle of FAIL.

Brown - 15 Canadians on the roster
Clarkson - 12
Colgate - 11
Cornell - 19
Dartmouth - 10
Harvard - 10
Princeton - 13
Quinnipiac - 13
RPI - 11
St. Lawrence - 9
Union - 17
Yale - 10

But, you know, it's not like there's any justifiable tie to Canada. You putz.

Clarkson and SLU are in such God-forsaken places they might as well be in Canada.

Who would have thought that RPI would be the only team missing any players because of the World Junior Tournament...:p

Not I. Although I expected for the last month that Jerry D'Amigo would be chosen, I also figured that Michigan would also get at least one player picked. He is our first player chosen for the US team since Marc Cavosie in 2001.

But even better, the Engineers have shown they can get on without him.

Mike Bergin, on the other hand... we'll see if he's back in the lineup on Tuesday.

I'm not sure where you were looking, but Clarkson is located in Potsdam, NY. St. Lawrence is just down the road in Canton, NY.

Clarkson NY is near Rochester. Seeing how it's near another unfavorable (in cherry goggles) technical school, it might as well be one in the same. :D

Why didn't Jamie Russell recruit Him?

Because unless there are moneylenders along the boards, He isn't going to muck and grind.

And that his Iscariot guy keeps slashing Him when His back is turned. Yay! Now I'm going to Hell!
