Most of their parents are dead or in prison from their own drug use, so with grandma struggling with COPD and incapable of keeping little Johnny from going out at night and overdosing on fentanyl, they end up at my hospital. That, or they’re wards of the state and have been in and out of hospitals like mine for years, so they’re institutionalized.

TBH I'm surprised all these kids didn't show up at my brother's house. They all match his GF's grandkids' profile.

About 11 kids total, but 3-5 of them are trans and non-binary. 2 of them run up to me and hug me whenever they see me.
 
This is that pathetic group of men who are so homophobic and obsessed with being "super-straight" that they think just putting their hand near their butthole to clean down there is somehow gay.
 
Also that she is hotter than any cis SI swimsuit model.

She is the woman who appeared with Sam Smith on SNL, right? Gorgeous and wonderful; such a commanding presence.
