Republican Mike Gallagher hints that death threats may have been behind his early resignation:
"This is more just me wanting to prioritize being with my family," he said. "I signed up for the death threats and the late-night swatting, but they did not. And for a young family, I would say this job is really hard."
Az Republican legislators shut down the attempt to repeal the 1864 abortion law
good plan
The landline-only thing has been refuted. The pollsters call cell phones too, the issue is that a lot of people born after 1980 don't answer numbers we don't recognize, because we grew up with caller ID.
Kennedy is on the Michigan ballot so Rashida gonna have to step up here

It doesn't matter what type of phone they call, only certain demographics answer.
And the thing is they have to put in so much work just to get what in no way is an actual representative sample its stupid anyways. Then they pretend that this atastically insignificant total with a skewed demo somehow represents all voters in all states. They don't even get respondents from every state...
Polling is broken and the pollsters have zero desire to fix it.

I'm not at all worried about RFK Jr. He's a one-issue candidate, and that issue is likely to syphon more votes from Dump.
This is just incorrect. It's how statistics works. You can use a small sample and apply it to a population. You just add the appropriate error bars around it.
the rest I agree with
I understand how stats work but 1000 people does not represent 150 million anymore. It gets proven more and more every poll.
