Denver starting to pick up thier play, but RIT is playing pretty well still

DU is starting to take control, bur RIT is still getting some nice odd rushes. Problem is that they're still looking to pass for the pretty goal, even when the pass is well defended. They need to shoot and look for rebounds.

RIT just had a 2 on 0, with the net wide open on the backside off the pass, and the guy whiffed. Ouch.

Yup, congratz to the Tigers ... heckuva way to get their first NC win of the season (not counting the exhibition opener or AHA tournament games). ;)

Both refs had their arms up, and if it wasn't elbowing which it wasn't it would have been interference. Blind side hit when he wasn't playing the puck.
