Klein is a POS Centrist who blames California zoning laws for why there is a homeless problem and thinks they should be repealed in order to get rich people to build more. Klein would love the new Detroit - promise a percentage of affordable housing, then build tons of luxury apartments/condos.

These new SFHs are super-ugly too. Think DDR Plattenbau meets US Midwest Industrial "Chic" - ugh.

Current prices in these all-new developments start around $350,000, or more than triple the published median asking price for residential listings in the city.

A common observation among developers is that those in the market for new construction in Detroit tend to have jobs that are in Detroit.

Posting this from the National Zoo, and we just finished our Capitol tour. Got passes to go in to the House gallery, where we got to see Rep. Marianne Miller Meeks speak about her dead aunt, Rep. Melanie Stansbury of NM speak about the retirement of one of her staffers (his family was in the gallery with us, and when they applauded him for 5 seconds, Elise Stefanik who was in the speakers chair banged the gavel and “scolded” them for the outburst, and Rep. Kevin Kiley R-CA spoke about Gov. Newsom’s redrawing of the map (to be fair, he said what TX is doing is dumb and gerrymandering needs to end). After that we left, as we had two 8 yo girls who were bored and hungry. Overall, great experience. The cameras were off so no one attacked each other

Looks like tbe houses and condos recently built in my old Seattle neighborhood. They tore down transient housing (i.e. drug dens) and built 500k units. Next to a park riddled with drug needles...

500k? So low income housing, what’s your point

Yep, just looked up my relatives yearly property taxes. 85k. 500k is def low income ;)

There are better people out there...of the names we hear currently he is near the top though.
 
So epstein victims gathering tomorrow eh? Hopefully drew makes it there so he Can scream that they’re all liars trying to ruining a man

Uh the zoning laws absolute have been a major contributor to homelessness in California. That’s just objective fact.

Apparently, pure evil Nancy Mace left a meeting with some of them in tears.

Whether it was from the horrors she heard, or her rage attacking them, I don't know.
