Jesus fucking christ. The Trump administration tried to send a bunch of children to Guatemala at 3 am and justified it by saying that the kids just wanted to return to their parents in Guatemala, but the kids actually told the court that they are afraid of being sent back to Guatemala.

He didn't travel to New Jersey nor Florida this weekend, they're keeping him in DC. Somethings up.


My fear is the celebration from the left/libs/etc when it does happen. The seven month National nightmare doesn't stop when he stops breathing. Vance and the crypto-bros take the reins, Stephen Miller, Kristi Noem, RFK Jr., Hegseth, Pirrio, and company are all still in charge, and Project 2025 continues (at potentially an accelerated rate).

There's still generations of work to be done to reverse course.

Vance and the cronies don’t have the juice to get away with things like Dump does nor does anyone have the fear like they do with Dump. Once things go to shit (and they will) the knives will be coming out.

Exactly. The GOP cockroaches are terrified of Dump's Army of the Living Dead.

Dump did not create his Moment. He did not sicken the US and the Right to the point of vulnerability to lethal populism. That was the work of the inequality created by crony capitalism. But he was spectacularly effective at exploiting that moment. Once Dump dissolves in a pool of slime all those vermin will Balkanize and attack each other. Nobody will be able to command the common fear Dump harnessed.

I think you guys are way underestimating what will happen when Trump dies. This is not some coalition of the willing...the GOP is full MAGA and that wont die with Trump no matter how much you wish on falling stars and throw pennies into fountains. There was a reason Vance got the nom and it is that he is friendly with the people who have the one thing the GOP (and half the Dems care about) money. Untapped billions. Oh and he fully doesn't care about the voters so he won't even pretend to not support Project 2025 and will open every lane possible to let it happen.

The knives aren't going to come out because they will be paid to put them away. (plus there is no non-MAGA GOP left...those with knives were kicked out) You think Trump is handled with kid gloves...watch what the media does to Vance and his Tech Bro Alliance. He will be heralded as young and innovative, progressive thanks to his non-White wife and the outsider Trump couldn't be in term 2 since Vance is still rather new to politics. The Dems will completely back off of him because he doesn't have the vitriol Trump does and since he was a Senator they think they can work with him. No one will do anything of value for fear of upsetting the billionaire class. Especially corporate media who is owned (or wants to be) by many of these people.

Trump cares about his legacy Vance does not. Vance will burn it all and hide behind his fake smiles and Ozempic Induced look of youth and health. He will gaslight people into believing he didn't agree with the Trump stuff they hate, the media will let him, and then he will dial it up to 11 because he knows he has one shot at this. Vance may have rolled a 1 on charisma, but he aint just going to shrink away because he struggles having conversations. Hell I bet ABC and CNN will pretend it is cause he is Autistic and then use that to prop him up as well. He is going to be given every chance to succeed and even if he doesn't half of Washington will be paid handsomely to pretend he did.
