I like the National Cathedral (even though my God it is a b-tch to get to). If it's all the same to you guys I'd rather keep it derp free.

If God's message is so all-powerful and self-evident, why do people need to be led to it?

People are blind at times. Not a religious person, really, btw. God and I have a deal, and that's about it.

Probably for the same reason that if you pick the wrong one He'll torture you in indescribably brutal ways for all eternity.

So there are really two possibilities. God is either an actual existing supernatural psychopath or is something we made up out of fear and wish fulfillment, a million different times, always to flatter the local tribe and reinforce the ruling class.

Luckily, it turns out to be door #2.
