Rochester native Ashley Ryan scores for Elmira.
1-0 EC over platty after 2nd per.

2-0 utica over neumann after 2nd period.

This is going to be a great three weeks coming up in the ECAC West. All three have a shot at hosting, plus an Oswego team that could surprise some people.
Neumann has also made a big push for a playoff spot now.

It will coming down to Potsdam/Utica for the last playoff spot. If Potsdam is even eligible?

Does anyone know the timing of the good old NC$$ announcement of the venue for the upcoming DIII women's championship? Will it be when the 8 teams are selected or will they wait until after the quarter-final round to designate the site of the finals?

I would assume they can't designate a host until they know the final four teams correct?

With all eight teams having to play in a quarterfinal this year, I don't know how you could designate a host because anyone could lose in the quarterfinals. I feel it will be just like last year and we'll find out the host on Sunday afternoon after the quarterfinals are done.

The only reason why a host wasn't designated earlier last year was because RIT was the pending host if they beat Adrian.

Thanks Prez...that's what I was thinking, but windered if you had insight into another course.
