Of course Elmira is "still around" They are a great team as are the others in this tourney. All games were essentially one goal games [not counting ENGs]. A bounce of the puck and anyone of the teams could have won it all! What a great weekend of hockey!

How do you do the poll?

My guess is Plattsburgh should stay #1 with Elmira a close second?

Platty's two head to head wins have to still reign supreme regardless of the Soaring Eagles winning the tournament.

Either way it will be an endless debate no doubt. In the end the results from this tourney validates the strength off all four participating teams as serious NCAA bid candidates.

As I said with my poll picks for this week, tough to put Platty ahead of Amherst after watching the Lord Jeffs manhandle them on Sunday.

1-0 Plattsburgh over Utica in the first period. Steph Moon scores on the PP for Plattsburgh.

Trinity knocks off Middlebury 2-1 in OT. 3 straight L's for the Panthers.

Big win by Trinity-- very strong game and an important win for the program--parity is coming to Nescac., It will be an interesting season.

Williams will be another good test tommorrow
