How is Chatham player Bancroft-Short allowed to be on the game roster as back up goalie and wing, and play wing all game?

I thought that teams had to have 2 goalies dressed, one in goal and one on the bench at the start of the game and be able to jump right into goal, with no delay, if the first goalie was injured.

Chatham can get a waiver from the NCAA if they only have one healthy goalie. Not sure if thats the situation, but there are ways around the, "teams must dress at least two goalies" rule.

It's quite obvious that Neumann is NOT ready to move into the upper echelon in the ECAC West yet. Coach Kennedy has a lot of work to do with his defense. They had trouble all weekend handling the forecheck and moving the puck out of the zone.
