Exciting OT, as each team had a PP. Great goaltending at both ends. Final shots 26-25 UNH. Rematch tomorrow in Chestnut Hill.

Wisconsin 3, Minnesota 1 after 2. Shots 23-14 Badgers.

Cornell over Brampton (CWHL) 6-0 in their 1st exhibition game. The Brampton team had Apps, Piper, Dupuis, Hefford, Bendus and Engstrom. Either the Brampton team isn't quite up to shape yet or the Big Red looks pretty good.

Ohio State defeated St. Cloud State earlier tonight by a final score of 5-1. Goals were scored by Danielle Gagne, Laura McIntosh, Natalie Spooner, Hokey Langan, and Tina Hollowell. Way to go ladies!

Brampton also has Birchard. They certainly appear to be a strong team on paper. I was expecting the score to be closer. Just wish this game had had a video feed.

Oh yeah, forgot about Birchard. She recd 5 and a game half way thru the 3rd. Def surprised it wasn't a closer game. The red/white game combined with the men today should be interesting. Wish I could be there to see that one!

No score at the 'Heights between BC and UNH. Shots tied at 5 each through one period of play.

BC up 2-0 on powerplay goals. First by Wasylk, and the second by Carpenter.

Ohio State completed their sweep of St. Cloud State by the same score as Friday night's game. Goals were scored by Danielle Gagne, Ally Tarr, Natalie Spooner, Minttu Tuominen, and Laura McIntosh.

Gophers score to go up 1-0 against the Badgers, about halfway through the first.

Wisconsin had some quality scoring chances in the 3rd period where they put shots just wide, and in one instance, a Minnesota skater kept the puck out. However, the majority of those chances came earlier in the period. Once Kessel scored to put Minnesota up 3-2, the game slowed down a bit.
