That is yet to be determined. If they do $1000 per American per month and start in April they can do payments through October and it will still be less than the fed wasted on Wall Street last week. Let's hope they stay away from Romney's plan of a one-time $1000 check for every adult.

Minnesota's confirmed cases only go up 6 to a total of 60. (went up 19 yesterday) Hopefully a sign that distancing is starting to flatten the curve. We'll see.

This should be noted as in context to the # of tests administered per day. That said I hope this is a very good sign for the great state!
