IMO, Booker is destined to run for POTUS, and he's going to channel Obama as much as possible when he does. ;)

TR-style trust busting?
Booker is from NJ. He's an indictment walking.

Liz will be the point on the Banks, unless they decide to bury her in a pile of dough.

Oh come on it's not even subtle now: http://gawker.com/thousands-of-supporters-raise-their-right-hands-in-devo-1763086456

Remember the dare game from like middle school where you had to say "*****" louder and louder until someone chickened out, and then the other person won. It's like he's playing a crazy version of that game against himself, and everyone else loses.

Beginning to think the Paul Anka Guarantee might be the best course of action for this guy. He's not just surviving the bad press, he's feeding off it.

Given that there are still no numbers in from Kansas on the Democratic side, either there are no Democrats left in Kansas or Brownback locked the places they were supposed to meet. Not sure which is more likely.

He closed them out of concerns for women's health.

Closed caucus in Maine hurt Trump. A lot of his supporters are unerolled.

So far tonight it looks like Little Marco is having his little butt handed to him. He's either a distant third or a distant fourth everywhere.

Mein Drumpf and Tailgunner Ted are splitting the wins among the orcs, while Hillary and Bernie split them among the humans.

Was Christie Creme ever indicted? And now he's in position to be Drumpf's AG. ;)

Unlike Christie, Booker has borderline dangerous levels of charisma. I wouldn't count him out.

Donald Trump just came out as pro torture and when pressed, said at a minimum we should use water boarding. When pressed on it, he basically said we should chop off terrorists' heads on TV. Again, at a minimum. John Dickerson basically kept pulling the layers away and trump looked terrible.

This guy is truly dangerous.

what he is failing at bringing across is this is not a traditional fight. we fought the germans and when we 'won', they stopped and we made friends. even the next 'new' with the vietnamese was able to stop and play nice.
there is no "play nice" with isis. the only way this is going to end is they all go away, or we all go away.... which is rather impossible to occur.
add to that if one plays by rules (any rules) while the other doesn't, that is not something that the masses of the rule players are going to be comfortable with of their leaders.

i think at the root of both parties leaders they hope to find SOMETHING they can give to isis to make them stop. there is nothing. the keps of our world believe in a symbiotic kumbaya world where everyone can get along. that doesn't exist.

so when tD talks about changing the rules and allowing our guys to play by the game's rules it is tough to swallow. i'm not sure i want that either. but if you want to win, you have to win.

You aren't going to beat ISIS by becoming them.

Re: Campaign 2016 - in bridge, the trump cards are really wild.

history is always written by the winners. you just become an isis lite

While the US did have Japanese internment camps. was there an equivalent Bataan? You seem like such an intelligent fellow, but then again...

Biden has a few comments

Ted Cruz? An inspiration to every kid in America who worries that he’ll never be able to run for President because nobody likes him. He’s running. And look, I told Barack, if you really, really want to remake the Supreme Court, nominate Cruz. Before you know it, you’ll have eight vacancies.

That justifies war crimes then?

No. The poster wanted a US example of the Bataan Death March. I gave him one.

If you read some histories, Japan justified its brutal treatment of the Chinese and Koreans by citing the US government's treatment of the Native Americans (and other minoriries as well).
