IMPORTANT NEW BAG POLICY
To provide a safer environment for the public, Agganis Arena has implemented a policy that limits the size and type of bags that may be brought into the arena. Agganis Arena will not allow any bag that exceeds 12” x 12” x 6”. There are no check-in areas for bags larger than this size. Please plan accordingly. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

They wouldn't let you bring the bags in, but they did have a dumping ground under the stairs on the box office side with loose security.

A couple quick prediciton questions.

What place will BU finish in?

Who will lead the team in scoring?

WHo wil get more starts in net?

I'll go with 4th, Rodrigues, and O'Connor.

4th; O'Regan; Maguire.

I think Kurker will be the team's most pleasant surprise (and most improved), with Lane a close 2nd. Roberto will turn out to be the best of the Freshmen.

6th, O'Regan, Maguire

Hope I am wrong on 6th, but am very concerned on depth of scoring.

Given his moderate hype and 2nd round draft pick combined with a very mediocre freshman campaign, I wonder what a reasonable expectation would be?

I'll also predict that they have not added fresh chopped onions to the condiment area, and that the hot dogs are as bad as ever.

What's the scoop with televised games this season? I don't see them listed very often on the USCHO TV listings. Incomplete list or no NESN this year?

Thanks.... good writeup (Your part of it at least... moreso than the babcock blog part).... and a good overview of the dynamic of canadian university hockey. My cousin played for St FX (years ago after figuring out he was not going to be in the NHL) and he always described it as guys who pretty much decided to not go after a pro career anymore, but wanted to continue to play good hockey and get an education.

Looking forward to the game tonight.

Not true. They looked through bags at the door and let you bring them in.

So nothing has changed? Too many penalties and a terrible power play? Every night BU makes a different goalie look like the best in the country?
