Re: Brown Hockey 2011-2012 - The Future Is Now
Brian Ihnacak was one of the best examples of Roger Grillo's inability to develop players, not to mention proverbial inflexibility. Brian came to Brown as an eighteen-year-old freshman, who still had some growing up to do, but who also had outstanding hockey skills. A good college coach should play a part in helping the student athletes under his guidance to develop both as players and as young men. Athletic and personal development often go hand in hand. In Brian's case, Grillo showed little interest and failed on both counts.
