Knut

@DennisDMZ Dennis Miller
Famous polar bear Knut was found dead this AM. Left a suicidenote saying he couldn't bear the shame now that GlobalWarming has fallen apart.

Yeah, the average temperature at the poles is dropping quickly and the ice pack is growing by leaps and bounds.

Re: Bring Out Your Dead (Part Whatever v2.0)

I well remember "Running Bear," but what a surprise that it was written by the Big Bopper. He was a dj in Port Arthur, Texas.

JP Richardson (the Big Bopper) was actually a prolific song writer for others as well as himself. He was just becoming a star when "the day the music died" in that horrific plane crash with Buddy Holly and Richie Valens.

Let's start taking bets. Who, among the following, goes first?

- Zsa Zsa
- Abe Vigoda
- Ozzy
- Joe Paterno
- Keith Richards
- Betty White

I'll stick with what I said wayyyyy back when she broke her hip: Zombie Zsa Zsa. Can't change horses in the middle of a stream.

They may take her down a piece at a time, literally, but she has to die at some point.

I agree. Eventually something you can't amputate is going to just quit working.

JoePa dies within three months of retiring. Mark my words. It's just the way life works it seems.

This. He lives to work. Take away that job as he's toast.

I don't know why they ever would. His coaches do 99% of the work anyway, he puts all his money back into the university, and in a world of Kiffins and Tressels he's a beacon of integrity.

Good Morning America just tweeted that Elizabeth Taylor died this morning of congestive heart failure.

FNC reporting as well. Another icon gone @ 79

Screen legend Elizabeth Taylor died Wednesday at the age of 79.

Her rep told FOX News she died in the early morning at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

Taylor had been hospitalized for over a month at Cedars-Sinai, where she was being treated for symptoms of congestive heart failure.
