How dare you discuss hockey in a hockey thread on a hockey board!? People in this forum are supposed to discuss rape, the legalities of breaking and entering, people's trashy hometowns, gambling and how a sexual assault charge factors into the BU-BC rivalry.

But we do know they weren't arrested or indicted. Jerry threw them off the team for their actions without a Greek chorus (no reflection on Scarlet) calling for their heads. And the team won a NC without them.

OK BU fans, what say you? If the roles were reversed and BC fans derailed a BU thread about an alleged rape into a discussion about an on-ice incident that happened years ago...I think I know what name would be given to those BC fans.

Since one of the most important issues on this forum seems to be my personal relationship with players, I would like to clear a few things up. When I said "There are plenty of players in my time covering the team who have looked at me differently or flirted with me or the like," what I was talking about is the fact that when I have interviewed certain players in the past, they have made advances toward me or hinted at pursuing something beyond the rink that I have rebuffed every single time.

That accusations are leveled against me, even after I stopped posting here, about inappropriate behavior with players is absolutely stunning to me, especially as you all continue to bemoan the sexual harassment surrounding the BU hockey team. I have felt nothing but harassed on this website simply because I am a woman. Maybe you all should think not only about the degrading culture toward women that BU hockey allegedly encourages, but also the culture on these very forums that perpetuate some of the same behavior against women that you are apparently disgusted with.

Maine's been so bad in recent years, I had forgotten how dumb some of their fans are (not all). Did one of you BU guys recruit them? Aim higher next time...
