I'm starting to think you're the only person out west who Gets It right now. This is a bit concerning to me.

It became comical the minute you suggested BC is equally as good as Minnesota.

I suggested no such thing. I don't think you've been able to "read between the lines" of my posts very well.

If you read closely enough, you'll see exactly what is going on here.

I've been suggesting that BC is better than Minnesota, and that Minnesota's 20-0-0 record and +102 "goal differential" is totally fraudulent.

This, we agree. At least then we would have a decent game. If BC played anyone else it would probably be a blowout once BC is focused and in the zone for the "big game."

Anyone capable of rational thought can tell you right now. You don't win 20 straight games by a scoring margin of 114-12 without being special. I honestly cannot believe people are even entertaining this clown's delusions. Just laugh.

Yeah that weak schedule you guys play sure is special. This we can agree on.

I had a nice twitter conversation with mnstate0fhockey, we may have reasonable disagreements on who is the better team but I think he eventually showed us the respect BC women's hockey deserves.

Hey congratulations on finally realizing that we weren't serious. You'd think saying Hockey East was better than WCHA would have given that away, what with having every national title -- but if that didn't do the trick, you'd think saying things like "well, the mainstream media would have you believe that the WCHA has won all the titles" would. But I guess it had to be straight up spelled out for ya. Congrats.

For the record, Minnesota is probably going to win every single game the rest of this year by at least 4 goals. If BC plays them in the Frozen Four it would take a 1980 Miracle on Ice-like upset to beat them, maybe even something more extreme than that. Amanda Kessel could probably skate 1-on-5 and beat most teams (Phil is still lame, though). The concept of watching one of the lower-tier Hockey East teams face a mid-to-lower WCHA team frightens me because it probably wouldn't be pretty.

I promise that everything I say about hockey from now on will be 100% stone-faced serious, because this is VERY SERIOUS BUSINESS!

Jesus. I've lost track of how many times I've said Minnesota is my favorite team out west, but MINNESOTA IS MY FAVORITE TEAM OUT WEST. I hope you guys win every game you play unless BC is fortunate enough to get to the Gophers in the playoffs.

YOU GUYS ARE 20-0-0. YOU HAVE A GOAL DIFFERENTIAL THAT IS 5x GREATER THAN THE NUMBER OF GAMES YOU'VE PLAYED. Oh my goodness. You guys aren't losing a game all season. Everyone knows that.

I have no idea how you guys have allowed this to get this far. For the love of God I was arguing that Vermont was better than North Dakota. In an argument where I was trying to determine the best conference, my argument for why UConn was better than Bemidji was "UCONN PLAYS IN THE BETTER CONFERENCE."

COME ON, MAN!

On top of all that, the "I'M A MATH MAJOR!!!" thing wasn't over the top enough for you? Joe was arguing that Minnesota wouldn't look so good against a gauntlet of games against the Black Bears.

I don't know how crystal clear we could have made it for you guys. Oy.

ALSO!

While a healthy skeptcism toward what's reported on the news is always a good thing, especially in the internet/wikipedia age, I think we can all agree that the WCHA has, in fact, won all of the NCAA titles since they started awarding them, and that it's not a "mainstream media conspiracy" to deceive anyone. ALSO, Earth is much more than 6,000 years old. The preponderance of the evidence suggests that in head to head matchups, WCHA teams do very well against all other conferences. Finally, Minnesota hasn't even played Lindenwood this year.

Is there anything else that needs to be clarified?

TTT has just moved into his first home as a newlywed. Gotta figure there is a whole lot of stress, paint and polyurethane fumes etc. mousing up his thinking.

It's too bad he's gonna be in detox / rehab when his Eagles run the table in 2013 and create a new world order then USA Hockey will surely dismiss it's National Team in favor of the Eagles intact, with Shaus and Stack, of course

Going into the break at 11-3-2/8-2-1 is about as good as I would have expected. Looking forward to seeing how far they can go this winter.

Since the US has never sent a team to the U22 I doubt BC will be missiing anyone, on the other hand Clarkson will be missing Rattray and Ambrose so the advantage should swing to BC.
