God Almighty, seriously? seems hard to believe that 5 years ago there was one and now 4, wonderful. In five years we will have half the home schedule on sundays

We have 3 Sunday home games this year. I wonder if it is hockey east driven? I mean, I can't imagine anything is going on at Agganis the night before that would prevent a saturday might game.

As far as the BC-BU Sunday game goes there was no way that BC would play Saturday night while the BC-Notre Dame football game was finishing up over at Chestnut Hill. Also many of the Sunday games involve a Friday night single game up in Burlington or Orono so Saturday is not possible. BU's 3rd Sunday game is an exhibition.

Again a trip up north pushes one to a Sunday. Two of the games involve Saturday football home games for BC. Also two of them are Monday holidays. It is not as bad as it seems.

Re: Boston College Off-Season Thread: 2012 National Champions

As for the football aspect, BC could've switched to home UML Friday, @ UML Saturday.

There's an open date late in Feb, etc.

Irregardless, Sunday games, especially up against the NFL is an incredibly stupid idea and should be avoided. Instead, Bertanga is moving towards more.

Hopefully the next AD cares about hockey (and air conditioning).

Congrats to Gene for all he did for BC Athletics and in particular BC Men's and Women's Ice Hockey. Not sure there are any other D-I Ice Hockey AD's who have overseen such success.

The Witch is dead. Which old Witch? The Wicked Witch!
Ding Dong! The Wicked Witch is dead.
Wake up – sleepy head, rub your eyes, get out of bed.
Wake up, the Wicked Witch is dead. She’s gone where the goblins go,
Belowhoo – below. Yo-ho, let’s open up and sing and ring the bells out.
Ding Dong’ the merry-oh, sing it high, sing it low.
Let them know
