At least they are upfront about it.
Obstructed views at Fenway? Well I never!!
I saw the BC at UMass game on Saturday is on TV. Some station called CBS-3. Any one if this is available on Directv? Thanks.

So CBS-3 is WBIN channel 18?:
* Some restrictions apply. Not all programming is available in all areas. Digital capable equipment is required to receive Digital TV channels. Additional equipment fees may apply.
Guess I'll check to see if I get this channel.
Yup, it sure is, and its listed there too... I did a search for college hockey and only the one on channel 18 showed up, weird!just checked comcast in my area and WBIN is listed as channel 811
Ha!
Seriously though. I would put Dumoulin ahead of Harrold. He is better at both ends of the ice and made a far deeper impact as a freshman (and sophomore). By the end, Harrold was good, but still not in Dumoulin's league IMO.
Also, you're criminally underrating Orpik.
The toughest calls for me are Scuderi and Allen. Both were overshadowed for a long time by Mottau for 3 years. I always said Dumoulin reminded me of Allen. Scuderi had much lower offensive abilities but was so stinking good defensively it's tough to really place him with other guys that were offensive threats.
Top 6 since I've been around:
Mottau
Dumoulin
Allen
Scuderi/Orpik tied
Harrold
the rest of the email concerning ticket refunds and purchase for fenway game
Because of the change in venue, your season ticket for that game will no longer
be valid. You will need a new ticket for that game (includes admission for both
games). In an effort to make the transition as easy as possible, BC will be
refunding the cost of your season ticket and providing you with a special link
and private window of opportunity to purchase tickets through the Red Sox.
The presale will be on Tuesday, Nov. 15 at noon. You will be receiving an email
the day before the presale with all the information you will need.
Please Note: The best tickets will go fast. You will be a part of the exclusive
first presale. So, please act fast to make sure you get the best tickets to the
game.
If you have any questions please call the ticket office at 617-552-GoBC.
i would have to think that some arrangement could be worked out that NESN could do it? they aren't listed on HockeyEastonline as televising a game that night anyway...........funny too that speaking of WBIN they are all over the HE schedule with feeds in some mannerThat's good, I'd rather get a refund than sit in the cold for a venue not made for hockey. I'll watch on TV if they broadcast it or maybe use the NU stream if it's free.
Bruins are at Carolina that night so NESN won't be showing it live.i would have to think that some arrangement could be worked out that NESN could do it? they aren't listed on HockeyEastonline as televising a game that night anyway...........funny too that speaking of WBIN they are all over the HE schedule with feeds in some manner
there goes that option......Bruins are at Carolina that night so NESN won't be showing it live.
Sorry, I know I am a little late on this but, on behalf of us old guys, props must be given to Greg Brown. As good a D-man as I have seen in college hockey. IIRC, he was logging about 35 minutes a game.
