You have to think the list was skewed by current performance. Kind of stupid to release a list 2 weeks in. Grimaldi probably would have been first had no games been played. Good for JG though. He is a special player

so most of us think this is the game that Billet gets, me included. After Jerry gushing about Milner on saturday night leaves an opening for him i guess but tonight seems the perfect time to throw the freshman in there

I agree.
Hopefully the crowd is back and as amped as it was for the Denver game. Saw that York called it the best crowd ever. I can't disagree.

I am anxious to see how much time Linell gets tonight. To these untrained eyes, when he was in there he looked good. Also, i think Gaudreau is so fast and shifty that a couple of times other BC players actually got in his way, specifically i remember behind the net (of course, that's HIS area) it looked like he was about to set someone up in front or go himself and he collided with another Eagle, not sure who it was......In time they'll get used to him of course but even they look surprised at the stuff he's doing out there

gaudreau has done nothing to suggest he wont become one of BC's elite players of all time. student turnout fantastic, almost 8 sections packed for a game vs UMass, who would have thought that would ever happen? and jerry was right about arnold

When BC's season ended last year vs CC, I was pretty certain that we'd be looking at a couple of rebuilding years. The difference however is that at the time, I was assuming that we'd be without Domoulin and Kreider and had never even heard of Johhny Gadreau. Take away those 3 and BC may be a .500 or slightly better team this year.

Turnovers were a problem tonight, but the box score wouldn't show that. That's my only complaint aside from the buffoonery from the officials.
Very pleased with Milner, but would like to see Billett get in there. Wish we knew how they felt about that...

Nice to see BC recruit Austin Cangelosi leading the USHL in goal scoring with 7 goals in 5 games, especially considering he just turned 17 in late August. Figure he had to be pretty good to lead NMH in scoring as a Freshman just out of Florida.

the final score of the denver game was 4-2 after the ENG with 40 seconds left; this was the first real two goal deficit they had so far. a very nice response. has to feel like a kick in the nuts for NU. at least gaudreau didnt score the game winner!
