Basketball 2017

Re: Basketball 2017

I think Golden State is going to smash them to bits. I'd be surprised if it goes more than 5.

Holy pants. The Raptors are just kicking the Warriors' asses. This thing might be done in 5 games the other way.

The more I watch this, the more it reminds me of the 2004 Pistons-Lakers finals.

There are similarities, but Detroit beat a Lakers team that didn't any major injury issues which made their series win all the more impressive. As a Celtics fan living in LA at the time it was funny to hear Laker fans go on and on about how they were gonna celebrate #15 before the series even started.

Mookie likes a lot of the players from Toronto, but for cryin out loud....NO team named after a DINOSAUR should ever hoist a trophy

I don't get this one at all, Kawhi is better than any individual player on that Pistons team. The Warriors are just crushed by injury. In a world where Durant is healthy enough to play every game, I doubt this is much of a series.

Raptors fans cheering Durant's injury. Classy.

I don’t know how GS pulled that off, but they did.

Didn’t really understand Toronto calling a timeout after Kawhi decided to become a one man band and take things over.
