I'd say Minnesota has a great chance at being the next US host in I believe 2015 or 2016. But the games definitely won't be in two big arenas. We wouldnt be able to support it IMHO. I think you could have one arena be the Xcel and then the other would have to be maybe the Ridder or Marucci or something along those lines.

Yes and no...the blue line was certainly big but I think the D was definitely the weakest part of the team. It was compounded by the loss of Seth Jones and Justin Faulk.

Clendening has been awful as has Tinordi and Forbort.

Forbort gets outworked again along the half boards.

Finland plain and simple wanted this one more in the third.

Long road to hoe now..

Well we'll only see Campbell in the net from here on out I'd say.

Only goal you can fault on Gibson really is the last one. Wasn't great on the first one though either.

I hope Tynan gets the Player of the Game for the US. Only player I thought that looked like he really wanted it today.

The defense has been suspect and Gibson had a brutal third (solid before that), but we only have one goal.

Plenty of blame to go around in this one although Gibson's penalty was certainly the pivotal moment in the game.

Ahh yes...forgot he was the cause of that penalty for the second goal too. Yeah definitely a eye sore on this one.

Gotta score more than one to win though too.
