That's really good news. Not only get to see the hockey game but learn who won this year's highly competitive UND Madeleine Albright lookalike contest. The finalists are grazing outside the Excel center and will be hearded onto the ice for the big announcement between the first and second.

The boys keep digging out the wins! But sitting on the edge, nail biting and hyperventilating is getting old;)
How about getting a 3 or 5 goal lead on UMD tomorrow?

Just gotta say it...Where is one Mr Randall May? That dude was THE troll circa '96-???. I wouldn't put anything past him and his butt-knockin' buddies for anything. He has been conspicuously absent for way too long.

Seriously...Something pretty bad (not gonna say what) was gonna happen in my close proximity if Salazar had not found net when he did.

Sheesh, I wish our guys cared. ;) I can't believe DU doesn't care! :eek::rolleyes:;)

Denver has had a knack for winning these tight contests of late. The tying goal was a thing of beauty, and a perfectly executed 3x2. Michigan Tech came to play today, and perhaps DU got caught off guard by it, and by no means is it a slap in the face to be outplayed by Tech, they had a very good team this season. DU's inability to keep up in the first though was surprising to me.

We were 0-1-1 against Tech.
Made it 1-1-1 today in the biggest game.
We are 0-1-1 against UMD
Time to beat UMD.

I'm currently a little disappointed with myself for not doing St Paul this year...though I have booked Tampa...I mean, college hockey + beach= no-brainer, though, DU+beach= beyond no-brainer. Glad I'm not a cc troll nor a tech d_o_uche-b-a-g, because their teams are done.

EDIT: ScottA was lamenting W-T-F being censored...d-o-uche is as well. Jus sayin...

I just noticed that today, 3/16/12, is first anniversary of Puck Swami's last post on USCHO. He is much missed.
