2nd Term Part 5: Big Brotha

It doesn't matter what you personally wrote months ago. He said "that's what republicans were so up in arms about" not you. The GOP was pushing this scandal only to have it blow up in their faces. Pretty soon we're going to be back to this birther nonsense because all the other supposed scandals will be gone.

Yeah, he wrote that...which had nothing to do with my post. The whole band of you sycophants are making my point on every f...ing post.

I said the issue was that nobody was addressing the prevention of another attack...the knee jerk response?..."yeah, but the republicans are doody heads".

Then you come in to back him up.

I never said/referenced/implied/suggested that the republicans have done anything right on this matter.

You and your band of zealots would rather wallow in the blame game than push Washington to solve anything...you occupy yourself with being one step better than the republicans..like that is some kind of achievement.

If they are the ignorant sob's you guys claim they are*, why is your only target being 'better' than them.

Both parties created the environment that got those people killed and what comes out are quotes from politicians that nobody is really focusing on the real issues and a 'safe sex' pamphlet that will do as much to prevent another attack as signing up all foreign service people for karate lessons.

* and they are, but claiming your party is better is like being first in the class in summer school.

I'll ask again cause the RIGHT never answers it.

How much freaking money do you people want to spend on protecting a few Americans in a war zone??

How much is enough?

Why do we have so much money for that and loans to Sugar Farmers but we don't have any money for anything else?

I await your answer.

I already answered that this week...the budget for Iraq's embassy is $4b for this year alone.

I don't know who approved that but I suspect they weren't all donkeys.

If you meant the whole war, again, you'd have to show how both parties weren't complicit in those appropriations.

Waste of money. No wonder we're going broke. I bet McCain and Graham were involved in pumping those funds.

I think it is pretty much a bi-partisan effort...lots of money, whether it is appropriate is not clear.

One could argue that all the money in the world doesn't mean you spent it wisely...so I don't know if the extra appropriations are going to have an impact...time will tell.

I'm still not sure how I feel about Snowden. On one hand, it's good to keep the government in check. On the other hand, I'm still uncomfortable with how he's gone about this...

Well, I think I've finally come to the conclusion that he did the right thing. Based on all of the stories that have come out as well as the government now asserting that the NSA can't be challenged in court (http://www.wired.com/threatlevel/2013/07/spygate-snooping-standing/) makes me think the government has way, WAY overstepped its bounds. We need more Edward Snowdens to expose these vast encroachments on our freedoms. I'd rather see our national security hurt than our Constitution shredded and tossed to the wind.

I'd recommend sleeping further away from your microwave.

It was coming. Get on your knees and swallow, pun intended.

Shooting down drones is considered to be in bad form

...The administration reminded the public that it regulates the nation's airspace, including the airspace over cities and towns.

A drone "hit by gunfire could crash, causing damage to persons or property on the ground, or it could collide with other objects in the air," the statement said. "Shooting at an unmanned aircraft could result in criminal or civil liability, just as would firing at a manned airplane."

I thought I owned the air rights over my property?

Re: 2nd Term Part 5: Big Brotha

As I said months ago, when Clinton was only worried about lashing back at opponents and covering tracks...

lulz. Covering tracks? How so? "Covering tracks" insinuates guilt, of which we still have no facts to support the accusation.

btw, when did you stop beating your grandparents?

You and your band of zealots would rather wallow in the blame game....

Irony ftw

If I saw a drone in my airspace. I wouldn't shoot it down...I'd probably write a book. Most common way to make money off a freakishly rare occurance.

Re: 2nd Term Part 5: Big Brotha

As opposed to your labeling tantrum? I said your covering tracks remark was baseless and you childishly extrapolated that into a rant that had nothing to do with me. I favor time limit on late term abortions, hated Obamacare, voted for GHWB, think the Zimmerman acquittal was most likely the right call based upon the trial...

Either way I don't need to justify my ability to thnk clearly to you just because I see don't see smoke nor fire surrounding Benghazi. If you want to cry because I have the audacity to disagree have at it.

Nope, just four Americans murdered during an 8 hour administration dither. Murders which that same administration repeatedly assured us (with straight faces) were committed by enraged Muslim film critics.

I've got to agree with some of the people railing on the administration for their pathetic display over the past week. We have the WH and the DOJ focusing on this single political lightning rod of a case (and it isn't apparent a crime was even committed). Then there's Chicago, el Presidente's former stomping grounds devolving into Baghdad. A truly pathetic display of myopic pandering. Time to focus about things that actually matter.
