2025 Bracketology: The Road to Utica!

I heard 1,200. (It is 1,200. There's actually three rinks, though one is usually always a turf field for the indoor soccer team to use as their practice field. The main rink has the 1,200 capacity plus luxury boxes.)

I would seriously go through your alumni office/contacts. The schools are responsible for their ticket allotment. That might be the only way you get one.
It is 1,600 with standing room. They are selling 1,600 tickets.

There might be 1600 tickets, but they're not selling 1600 tickets

If I had to guess, after teams get their allotment of tickets, you're lucky if there's 750-1000 for the general public
True. But in order to figure out the 1/3 number, you need to use it against the 1,600 number.

So, the public is going to get about 530 tickets, if the schools use their full allotment.

So, if all teams take their share, there will only be room for 660 Utica fans ! That will be an interesting development !
And if HC hosted, there would be around 200 tickets for the Statemen's fans (including SRO) ...

(Yeah, it's a mess, but D-3 hockey could screw-up a two-car parade.)

An aside: the Nexus Center is a really good place to watch hockey. Great sight-lines, great lighting. I would encourage all of you hardcore fans to make the effort to secure tickets. Should be a raucous atmosphere.

Last two places are owned and operated by Robbie Esche. I wouldn’t give that man two cents I find on the sidewalk. Again my opinion but truth. Ask a local person and they’d tell you who the man really is. Big reason games are at Nexus, nothing to due with soccer. They could turn the Aud around for hockey if needed

Holland Farms and Bagel Grove, Blvd Diner great for breakfast. Holland farms has pastries to die for. Coffee is good too.

The 99 Restaurant in New Hartford is probably the worst 99 I have ever been to. We ate there last month when we went to a concert at the Stanley. Mistake, Big mistake.

Pho Mekong and Black Rice Sushi are holes in the wall with outstanding Asian food. Both very close to the Nexus.

The Delmonicos was outstanding in 2017 when we were out there the year Norwich won.

FX Matt Brewery is on Varick St, catch a tour of brewery and have a couple drinks on the house after tour is done. You won’t be disappointed

That place went viral very recently for some very not good things, would not recommend

If you're looking for something higher end, Ocean Blue is right around the corner from the Aud/Nexus and very good

Confirmed , as reported earlier, there is an 11am conference call today , Tournament held at Nexus and Hobart expects 500 ticket allocation for Friday. Three great games coming up:)

It's going to be at Nexus. At least on Friday (still don't know about Sunday). Heard it directly from a coach who was told where they were playing.

I'm wth WCHornet. This whole process this year was assinine. If Utica did not meet the criteria, it should have been at Geneseo. Period.

The process is in place so everybody knows what they have to do and whether they should bother. Changing them on the fly screws those teams who might have been able to make alternate type of bids.

On top of that, you now have the home team which could have sold 4,000 tickets but will now sell 1,200. When you could have had a home team selling 1,800 tickets.

If Nexus was normally the home rink, no problem, despite the capacity, because that would fit the process. But they are not. So, the whole things looks as stupid as stupid is.

A pox on your house NCAA.
ahhhhh I guess there still is a smoke room, you said it was gone???????
