As far as VP, if it were me I'd pick Pete, but I'm biased. I caucused for him 4 years ago, would happily do so again, and I still think he'll make a great presidential nominee someday. But my god, as an attack dog VP, you really couldn't get any better as long as you let him off the leash.
Realistically, though, I think it's Shapiro's to lose. Even if VP's don't matter a whole lot in terms of actually bringing states or regions along with them, any marginal bonus in PA would be a godsend given that both sides have very few paths to victory without PA.
Mark Kelly is better off staying in the Senate and holding that seat, especially while Sinema's is still up in the air, and while I appreciate southern governors like Cooper and Brashear bucking geographic trends, they aren't going to bring their states with them and they're also better utilized as a check on their respective state legislatures than being a VP that doesn't do much else.
