Ok, I got bashed for worrying about shrinking towns as they vote against their best interest. But for teamsters to vote for dumpy takes the cake. This guy has publicly come out saying companies should be able to fire striking workers. And they want to ban unions. So why would any union member actually vote for a person who wants to make sure they get less money and benefits, let alone protections, for the work they do? That's totally insane. The least they could do is not vote- but to vote for someone who wants to make your life directly worse is just insane.

They don't think the Union does anything, or they think the Union will never go away so it is more important to be racist.

I believe most of the Western States Teamsters have broken and endorsed Harris. The other was the Teamsters Black National Caucus, a highly influential group in the union (my business rep is prominent member).

What an idiot move by O'Brien, what a way to throw away all of the goodwill he built last year.

I posted the link above in an edit...West Coast Teamsters but more will join. O'Brien is a moron which is why he is a nobody and his counterpart in the UAW is beloved.
